After graduating with a BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree I honed my management skills when I was in charge of successfully building nearly 500 new properties from 2000-2005 for a large building firm.

I realised the potential of a Project Management Service when I carried out substantial extension and renovation work on my own home. Without my own construction background it would have been difficult to judge the best places to spend my budget, how long work should take, who is responsible, and when, for the number of different elements that are involved with any building work.

So, Will Cawrey and Co Ltd was formed in 2006 to deliver a complete Project Management Service for all types of building projects; extensions, new builds and renovations.

The company has grown simply through word of mouth and client recommendations. Happy clients are what drives my business and I am only happy if my clients are. I really enjoy what I do, and with many years of experience and a trusted team of skilled tradesmen I always get the best outcome for my clients.
