I offer a full Project Management Service taking the same care and control of your entire building project, as if it were my own home.

I guide you, represent you and look after your project from start to finish. I manage your site; it’s progress, the quality of work, whilst maintaining health and safety requirements, schedule, budgets, building control sign offs and contractors. I communicate throughout with all who are involved – my clients, the architect, building control and neighbours, right up until handover and snagging has been completed. I expect nothing less than a very high finish on quality and you benefit from preferential rates from my suppliers. I guarantee to bring the project in on time and to budget.

With my expertise, knowledge and attention to detail clients enjoy the build process rather than painfully getting through it.

I have specific management tools in place to maintain effective communication, transparent budgeting and years of experience to ensure that I make the journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What does a project manager do?
A Project Manager has overall responsibility of delivering a successful project on schedule, to standard and to budget. The whole project is co-ordinated by the Project Manager; from managing client decisions, to placing orders, managing deliveries, waste, arranging tradespeople, constantly checking quality and to prevent issues that arise. The Project Manager is the one point of contact for the client and they liaise with the architect and building control regularly.
Why use a Project Manager?
The Project Manager takes full control of the build, removes the stress from you and manages your project as if it were their own. The Project Manager looks for ways to cut costs, resolve issues before they arise from their experiences. Managing a project yourself is daunting and can be a full time job, if you are unable to visit site quickly to rectify or make quick decisions days can be lost from the schedule or details in the build missed.
Having a Project Manager is a luxury, can I afford it?
Employing a Project Manager can help you achieve what you want with the money you want to spend, costing up your project in advance to ensure that you are within budget. The budget has no hidden costs or unexpected charges, you are kept fully briefed at all times with a transparent budget. How long will my project take to build?
The Project Manager will be able to advise you and provide you with a programme for the works schedule after your initial meeting.
